The owners

The owners at Maaling
Breeding Centre Maaling is owned by Maria og Claus Petersen who continues the family farm as the 9th generation after Marias parents.

Claus is MSc. in Animal Science from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University in Copenhagen from 2001. Subsequently, Claus worked for 10 years with cattle genetics at Viking Denmark.

Maria is MSc. in Animal Science from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University in Copenhagen from 2007. She has subsequently worked with developing and testing products for pig and poultry feed at Vitfoss/DLG for 5 years.
