Working environment

At Maaling, we are very aware of, that each employee has influence on what can be created in the company.

At the same time, we are convinced, that happy employees create good results. Therefore, we emphasize to create a positive working environment. A positive atmosphere and employee wellbeing are important elements in everyday practice, where each employee each day has an opportunity to make a difference.

We schedule annual employee performance interviews, where there is scheduled time for each employee. Furthermore, follow-up conversations are taken during the year. In that way, both manager and employee can follow the development. At the same time, challenges, ideas, and possibilities are taken care of along the way.

We have had a visit from the Danish Working Environment Service in 2022.
